Job description:
Patient Records Management: In charge of managing patient records, ensuring all crucial information like health histories, insurance details, and treatment plans are accurately recorded and updated. • Collecting payments: Collect payment for services rendered and explain the billing process to patients and assist them with any financial concerns. • Appointment Coordination: Handle scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and manage any changes or cancellations effectively. Ensure all necessary information has been recorded correctly. • Staff Coordination: Serve as a liaison between different departments, coordinating with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure seamless operation. • Welcoming every Patient: Greet the patients as they arrive • Handling Inquiries: Manage all incoming calls and emails, answer patients’ questions regarding treatments, appointments, and any other queries. • Waiting Area Management: Manage the waiting area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and comfortable for patients. -Marketing the dental practice: Actively promote the dental practice to attract new patients by providing patients with information about services, sending out newsletters or promotional emails, and engaging with patients on social media.

Eligibility factors:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with office software is desirable. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy laws (HIPAA)Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
