Job description:
The Digital Analyst will analyze customer behavior, optimize online engagement, and identify growth opportunities, directly influencing the company’s online sales and customer retention efforts. This includes managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and email marketing services such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo. On a day-to-day basis, the Digital Analyst will gather and analyze website and campaign performance data, refine audience targeting, and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum return on investment. Additionally, they will use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media insights to evaluate customer behaviors, review campaign performance (e.g., revenue increase, reach, engagement), and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies. The role will also involve synthesizing data into actionable recommendations, presenting insights through reports or dashboards, and collaborating directly with the business owner to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Can do semi-remote/synchronous work from any state. Preference to candidates willing to relocate to Illinois.
