Trainees will learn how to safely use tools and equipment, complete routine service requests, identify property issues, and communicate professionally with residents and staff.By the end of the training period, technicians are expected to complete common maintenance tasks with minimal supervision, maintain company property standards, and contribute to efficient property operations through quality workmanship and preventative care.

This position is responsible for completing maintenance requests, supporting apartment turnovers, maintaining exterior grounds, and ensuring properties remain safe, clean, and well-maintained.The ideal candidate should have basic maintenance knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional communication with tenants and staff.
