Job description:
As a SkillBridge Client Service Associate, you will support day‑to‑day office operations while developing professional, civilian‑ready skills. Under supervision, you will:-Support client onboarding by helping prepare paperwork, gathering required information, and ensuring documentation is complete-Assist with routine account maintenance tasks such as updating client information and processing service requests-Communicate with clients professionally by phone and email to address basic questions and coordinate next steps-Maintain accurate client records using CRM and internal office systems-Organize, file, and manage digital and physical documents in accordance with confidentiality and compliance standards-Assist with scheduling appointments, follow‑ups, and internal meetings-Help prepare materials for client meetings, including reports, forms, and presentation packets-Collaborate with advisors and team members to support workflow and office efficiency-Observe and shadow experienced staff to learn client service best practices and operational processes
