The Automotive Film Installation Trainee will participate in a hands-on SkillBridge training program focused on window tint, vehicle wraps, and paint protection film (PPF) installation. This role is designed to train transitioning service members in industry-standard automotive customization and protective film techniques within a professional shop environment.Participants will learn proper surface preparation, material handling, cutting and trimming techniques, installation procedures, heat application, and post-install quality control. The trainee will also be exposed to shop workflow, customer service practices, safety procedures, and basic business operations related to the automotive aftermarket industry.This position emphasizes technical skill development, attention to detail, time management, and professionalism. Under supervision, the trainee will progressively assist with and perform installations while receiving ongoing feedback and mentorship. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be prepared for entry-level employment as an automotive film installer or technician.
