AbbVie works with service members from all branches of the military who are transitioning out of the service. Service members can participate in SkillBridge at AbbVie from 90-180 days before their ETS date. AbbVie's SkillBridge Program Manager works directly with service members to understand their unique background, skill sets, and area(s) of interest. From there, service members are matched with a job training internship with the ability to potentially secure employment at AbbVie afterwards.
