The incumbent serves as a Work-Life Program Analyst for a variety of programs, providing on-going administrative and technical support, and initial start-up coordination for new and evolving programs. The incumbent provides technical expertise in and supports the development and management of policies, procedures, and operational requirements for overall effectiveness and efficiency for a wide range of administrative programs in support of OA and EOP. Primary programs include the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and WorkLife4You, Childcare Direct Subsidy Program, as well as guidance on the OA Detailee Program and OA Internship Program. Additional responsibilities include processing employment verifications, unemployment insurance claims, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness certifications.The incumbent assists in the coordination of specific management and statistical studies, planning and implementation of all scheduling, hosting and marketing of Work-Life Educational Seminars and Employee Resources Information Sessions, collection of data on satisfaction surveys, ensuring internal websites and SharePoint sites are updated, assists coordinates EAP services by ensuring employee services are as stated in the Inter-Agency Agreement.The incumbent will possess skills of empathy, active listening, and oral and written communications (public speaking), problem-solving, partnering, planning and data analysis, adaptability, influencing, collaboration, interpersonal communication, program management, and policy compliance.
