Summary description:
The opportunity presented is to train service members in property management and short term rental operations to be better prepared for a real estate operations career after the military. We will onboard interns as interim operations managers who are responsible for the overall operation and day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, repairs, and programs to ensure a well-managed and enjoyable guest experience for short term rental properties within the Serenity Stays management portfolio. Managers will be expected to complete daily, weekly, and monthly taskings to include but not limited to guest communications, vendor relationship management, attending operations syncs, learning and adapting new applications or tools that improve workflow and efficiency, and collaborate within a team-based environment.
Job description:
The Serenity Stays internship program is intended to lead to jobs in the real estate operations field. Specifically, this may include property management and asset management for residential and commercial asset classes such as short term rentals, apartments, and more.
This position is fully remote and may transition into a full time position at Serenity Stays upon completion of the internship.
