Summary description:
This SkillBridge position provides embassy-focused administrative training for transitioning personnel preparing for attaché, Security Cooperation Organization (SCO), or interagency support assignments. Training includes comprehensive instruction on embassy administrative processes, diplomatic protocol, interagency coordination, representational duties, crisis response, personal security, and emergency preparedness. Participants will complete the existing Joint Military Attaché School (JMAS) Training Program and the Department of State's Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT) course.

Training includes comprehensive instruction on embassy administrative processes, diplomatic protocol, interagency coordination, representational duties, crisis response, personal security, and emergency preparedness. Participants will complete the existing Joint Military Attaché School (JMAS) Training Program and the Department of State's Foreign Affairs Counter Threat (FACT) course.

Eligibility factors:
Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, Space Force
Active Duty, with family members assigned to embassy position, U.S. citizen• SkillBridge-eligible candidate within 180 days of separation• Ability to meet JMAS/FACT security and clearance requirements• Commander concurrence• Interest in embassy operations, interagency coordination, or administrative support roles
