Demonstrate exercises and proper form using equipment (dumbbells, sleds, rowers, battle ropes, etc.). Observe participants, offer corrections, and provide scaled alternatives. Monitor participants’ performance and provide motivational support. Help set up and maintain equipment and studio environment. Learn to use F45’s training structure, workout rotation, and technology (e.g., heart-rate monitors, benchmarks). Provide support in nutrition coaching through the F45 Nutrition Portal.
