Directing, coordinating, and evaluating energy planning and policy for a large-scale, complex program that adheres to the standards promulgated by environmental, energy and/or sustainability laws and regulations.Updating and implementing energy investment programs to ensure correct agreements are executed while addressing rate of investment, cyber-security, and contract execution issues.Developing and monitoring best management practices to solve energy problems and metrics to measure success of the program.Leading the development of environmental, energy and/or sustainability programs within CBP including the following key program areas; Energy Independence Act, Energy Policy Act, Environmental, Energy and/or Sustainability Executive Orders.Assisting with process improvements to enhance reliability of facility infrastructure assets such as generators, HVACs and transfer switches.
