CST Utilities offers a hands-on SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members to gain real-world experience in diesel and heavy equipment maintenance within the utility construction industry.Participants will work alongside experienced mechanics and operational leaders to develop skills in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of fleet and heavy equipment. This program is designed to build a direct pathway into full-time employment within CST Utilities’ growing operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet and heavy equipment • Assist with diagnostics and repair of hydraulic, brake, and electrical systems • Support shop operations, work order completion, and maintenance documentation • Follow company safety standards and participate in safety programs • Work alongside experienced mechanics and supervisors to develop technical skills This is a hands-on training opportunity designed to prepare participants for full-time employment in diesel and fleet maintenance roles.
