Warehouse AssociateWel-Fab Defense is seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting our warehouse operations by ensuring inventory is accurately maintained, products meet quality standards, and shipments are prepared and coordinated efficiently.Responsibilities include:• Maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing warehouse stock.• Assisting with quality assurance inspections of incoming and outgoing materials to ensure products meet company and customer requirements.• Preparing, packaging, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.• Supporting shipping and receiving operations while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.• Working closely with production and office staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.• Assisting with additional warehouse duties as needed.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the company. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in basic computer operations and maintain the physical capability to lift and maneuver loads in excess of 60 pounds in support of mission requirements.Must have real ID or passport and ability to travel to help set up and train at different military bases.
