Job description:
The Assistant Plant Manager will help to oversee the overall operations of our USDA inspected meat processing facility. This key leadership position requires a hands-on approach, excellent management skills, and a strong understanding of meat processing procedures. The Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the facility, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, managing a team of employees, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
