GuidePoint Security welcomes all service members with a computing or security background. Potential candidates are encouraged to explore different specialties within cybersecurity to find the best fit for them. We tailor each internship based on the individual's needs, with all participants completing foundational cybersecurity training and business development courses before being placed in a focus area to gain more specialized skills. Focus areas include: Application Delivery, Application Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, Digital Forensics, Governance, Identity Management, Incident Response, Network Security, Security Automation, Security Engineering, Security Operations, and Threat Intelligence.
Skillbridge internship is entirely remote and computer is provided for the intern.

All Services
TS/SCI and willing to work on-site in northern Virginia following separation, for those wishing to attain full-time positions after the internship. Intern must have a basic understanding of networking and computing, along with knowledge of common security frameworks and tools. Security experience is a plus.
