Job description:
SkillBridge interns will train under experienced Equipment Managers and Agronomy leadership while supporting a multi-course golf resort maintenance operation.Training includes:Preventive maintenance programsDiesel and gasoline engine fundamentalsHydraulic systems troubleshootingElectrical diagnosticsReel mower setup and grindingEquipment fleet tracking systemsParts inventory and procurementShop safety standards and OSHA complianceWork order documentationInterns will gain experience working on:Toro turf equipmentJohn Deere machineryKubota utility vehiclesSpecialty greens mowersDiesel-powered maintenance equipmentThis is a hands-on mechanical training opportunity in a professional shop environment.
Apartment-style employer-provided housing is available for SkillBridge participants, subject to availability. Housing details and terms will be discussed during the interview and onboarding process.
