As a Calibration Services Technician you will be expected to perform calibrations on a wide range of test and measurement equipment both in- house (laboratory) and on-site (customer’s location). You will be expected to have good trouble shooting skills and above average knowledge on all the Force Measurement, Material Test and Laboratory equipment that we calibrate. You will also be expected to “Promote calibration services” and the Nicol brand at all times to both customers and other NSLP team members
Job description:
Work from established Manufacturer calibration procedures, Procedures, Work Instructions, and accredited international standards.•Installation, calibration, and repair of Force Measurement and Material test stands•Calibrate and certify all types of laboratory devices to required specifications•Create and verify the accuracy of calibration data and certifications • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely turn-around on all equipment and service•Provide ongoing technical support to existing Nicol Scales FM, MT, and Lab customers•Assist in the quotation of calibration services products and services•Help expand calibration services throughout Nicol Scales existing customers•Log all customer complaints and initiate corrective actions as needed•Work with other departments and branches within the company to promote calibration services growth•Adhere to all company ISO complaint quality policies, procedures, and work instructions•All special projects assigned by Management
