The Military DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. These roles are unique opportunities for service members with authorization to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program as directed by their respective command. Associated Milk Producers, Inc is a DoD SkillBridge authorized participant. This internship would allow the qualified candidate to participate in a learning program designed around training into a potential full-time opportunity of a role similar to the one in the description listed below. DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from Associated Milk Producers, Inc, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty servicemembers.

Maintenance Technicians The Maintenance Technician ensures that all equipment is operating effectively and efficiently, must have strong proficiency in preventative maintenance, over-hauls and medium electrical repair. Must have the ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints. Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills are highly desired.

1- 2 years of skilled experience in mechanical maintenance and repair work, or other combination of education and experience.
