Provide real time solutions for all aircraft material requisitions including but not limited to Aircraft On Ground (AOG), line maintenance, flight spares kit (FSK) replenishment, non-routine scheduled maintenance, action plans, and other requisitions as requestedResearch inventory listings and responses to calls for parts to source effective and quality partsEnsure all requisitions are fulfilled within 4 hoursEnsure all transactions in TRAX are completed for loans, borrows and other AOG functionsUpdates aircraft maintenance deferrals with accurate and updated information pertinent to the technical supply chainTrack and plan for critical parts, including grounding items, inventory that is below allocation, and deferred maintenance requirementsLiaises with Maintenance Control Center (MCC) and line stations to provide timely and accurate handling of parts/material requestsUnderstand and enforce contractual terms in vendor agreementsResponsible for conducting invoice reviews and securing purchasing approvalsReview aircraft listings and general guide lines for managed aircraftsSupports an environment that encourages communication and collaboration escalating important information or concerns on a timely basisPerform additional duties assigned by Manager or Director as required
