Job description:
Learning, Applications, and Responsibilities:Legal Advisory:Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including contracts, compliance, and risk management.Draft and review legal documents, such as agreements, policies, and disclosures.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Identify and mitigate legal risks to protect the company’s interests.Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and clients.Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to address legal concerns and provide guidance.Work with external legal counsel as needed.Requirements:Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.If in the SkillBridge program, applicants must be available to attend meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.Strong understanding of corporate law and contract negotiation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Exposure to comprehensive legal strategies and practices.Hands-on experience in providing legal counsel and managing compliance.Mentorship from experienced legal professionals.Networking opportunities within the transportation advertising industry.Apprenticeship ranges from a 90-day minimum to 180 days.
