Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with experienced professionals to oversee and support machine repair activities.• Participate in the troubleshooting of machines.• Support the supervision and training of personnel.• Gain hands-on experience advising on component updates and revisions in coordination with the CSP team.• Assist in performing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).• Contribute to the development and execution of machine installation and preventative maintenance plans.• Help assess machine efficiencies and maintain records.Requirements:• Must be within 180 days of separation or retirement from any US Armed Forces branch• Upon separation, you will receive an Honorable Discharge• Command (O-4 above) approval for participation in SkillBridge• 7 to 10 years of manufacturing and packaging machine experience or relevant military experience• Background in machine design, installation, repair, and PLC knowledge.• Supervisory skills• Proficient in AUTOCAD• Analytical and critical thinking skillsSkills and Qualifications:• Hands on experience with project design, construction, and testing a plus
