Our HVAC Technician Program encompasses over 3,000 independent HVAC Contractors across every state nationwide! Once you complete your initial interview and remote training to achieve your NATE "Ready to Work" certificate and EPA 608 certification, you then begin a SkillBridge internship of between 10-16 weeks. Following your SkillBridge internship you may accept employment with your SkillBridge contractor, either as a normal employee or as part of our Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program, should they decide to participate.

Job Title: Entry-Level HVAC TechnicianJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently completed HVAC training or are looking to start a career in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. This opportunity is open to our extensive network of HVAC contractors throughout the Continental United States. All training is at our Contractor locations, which would be the location of eventual employment.

General Physical Requirements:Lifting & Carrying: Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs (e.g., tools, equipment, and HVAC units).Climbing & Balancing: Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops to access HVAC units.Kneeling & Crawling: Ability to kneel, squat, bend, and crawl into tight spaces like attics, basements, and crawlspaces.Standing & Walking: Extended periods of standing and walking while performing tasks on job sites.Dexterity & Coordination: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools, wiring, and small components.Reaching & Handling: Frequent reaching, handling, and grasping to install and repair components.Environmental & Work Conditions:Temperature Extremes: Work in hot attics, cold basements, and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.Noise & Vibration: Exposure to loud noises from compressors, fans, and power tools.Confined Spaces: Work in tight or enclosed spaces like ductwork and mechanical rooms.Fumes & Particulates: Potential exposure to dust, refrigerants, and other chemicals (with proper PPE).Vision & Hearing Requirements:Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) to read gauges, wiring diagrams, and detect system issues.Hearing ability to detect unusual system noises and communicate in noisy environments.
