The Real Estate Operations Specialist will support the operational functions of a real estate investment business, including project tracking, property data organization, workflow management, and coordination of real estate activities. This role provides structured training and hands-on experience to prepare participants for careers in real estate operations and business administration.
Minimum Qualifications-Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively in a professional environment-Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document management)-Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications-Interest in real estate, business operations, or project coordination-Experience in administrative, logistics, or operations-related roles-Familiarity with basic data tracking or reporting tools
