Job description:
Essential duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect equipment to identify and diagnose operational problemsPerform repairs, replace gaskets and miscellaneous controls & partsPerform annual maintenance inspectionsTroubleshoot and repair burners, all manufacturesInstall new low emissions burnersRetrofit boiler controls, including PLC, microprocessor, and instrumentation component/systemsCommission, troubleshoot and adjust combustion on a variety of burners and boilersDocument parts required for replacement & repair and provide detailed written documentation outlining services renderedRequest materials needed to complete tasks within company guidelines and budgetsDrive to multiple locations and transport materials to and from specific destinations (vehicle provided)Submit electronic paperwork dailyOccasional overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
