Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.EDUCATIONRequired: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in financial/business disciplineEXPERIENCERequired: Minimum of three years of experience working in a Retail Business in a Leadership role in a business with annual revenue > $1 million.Preferred: Five years of experience in a Functional Management, Sales role in a business with annual revenues > $3 million.Additional experience and a superior track record may substitute for Education requirements. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESDeep understanding of the use of bikes and ski equipment and corresponding sales opportunities.Understanding of Inventory Management supplier accounting requirements and processes in supply chain and related businesses.Passionate about quality and holds themselves to a high standard and relates to customers’ expectation of high quality standards.Ability to guide, direct, and negotiate with customers to meet their bicycling and skiing equipment needs from Ridgeline. This includes supporting training of service techs in Operations on customer sales opportunities with customers. Excellent leadership skills and possesses integrity and trustworthiness customers have confidence to follow.Ability to read and interpret financial statements, vendor catalogs, service agreements, and evaluate other management and financial reports as needed by the Organization.Ability to respond to common inquiries and custom requests from the Leadership Team, Owners, Supervisors and any Customers at multiple levels of an organization.Able to effectively communicate, in English verbally and in writing.Makes sound decisions in a timely manner that takes into consideration objectives, risks, implications, costs, values, and overall Ridgeline strategy.Knowledgeable in applicable selling techniques customer needs assessment. Organized individual who is quality and results oriented with the ability to understand and balance all business considerations.Ability to delegate and hold people accountable to meet assignment deliverables.Able to maintain confidentiality about Ridgeline matters such as price and cost schedules, company procedures and Clients. Failure to maintain confidentiality may be interpreted as unethical, which may result in immediate termination.
