Applicant will be well-prepared to transition their military leadership skills into a managerial or higher-level position of leadership on the civilian side in any sector. The production aspects of our business will allow the applicant to build additional skills in manufacturing and product delivery, providing a good mix of c-suite and production floor experience for a range of employment opportunities in small business settings.

Operations Manager: Candidate uses leadership experience to understand the priorities of the management team against the challenges of the shop team in a way that results in efficient day-to-day execution, considers risk, and maintains quality standards to effectively meet company goals.
