Job description:
Program ManagerServe as the operational lead responsible for organizing and coordinating client programs from onboarding through delivery. This role develops project plans, manages schedules and milestones, facilitates communication across creative, media, and development teams, and maintains documentation and status reporting. The Program Manager ensures that deliverables align with scope, timelines, and client expectations while maintaining structured workflows across multiple projects.
