Cypress In-Line Inspection, LLC (“Cypress”) is a young technology company providing in-line pipeline inspection (“ILI”) services to the municipal water and energy industries. We have a very talented team of industry veterans including mechanical, electrical, software, signal processing engineers that work closely with our field technicians. Our ultra-high resolution (“UHR”) fifth generation (“5G”) EcoVision™ ILI tools offer best in class Magnetic Flux Leakage (“MFL”) ILI technology. Customers include some of the most prestigious municipal water authorities and energy pipeline companies in the world including but not limited to the City of Denver, City of San Francisco, North Jersey Water Supply Commission; and energy pipeline companies like Bridger, Chevron, Crescent Midstream, Dominion/Enbridge, Energy Transfer Partners, Marathon, Swissport, Targa Midstream, United States Air Force, Williams Companies, etc. Our proprietary EcoView™ data analysis software allows our data analyst to analyze the ILI UHR tool data collected during the inspection to provide our customers with high quality information on the condition of their pipeline to assist them with protecting people, property, and the environment. Our fleet of EcoVision™ ILI tools tools range from 6” to 24” in diameter for energy, and our water ILI tools can inspect pipelines ranging from 52” up to 120” in diameter. OverviewWe are seeking an adaptable ILI visual data analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for interpreting data to drive business decisions. This position will report to the Manager of Data Analysis.Required Skills & Key Responsibilities• Ability to learn Geometry, MFL, and IMU technologies • ILI data assessment (by visual signal analysis) and report generation• Identify geometry, corrosion, and geospatial features captured in the ILI data• Generate ILI customer reports utilizing EcoView™ software• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to provide insights and recommendations• Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets• Implement data quality measures and ensure data accuracy and integrity• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders• Learn about technology, operating and technical procedures, quality systems, and workplace procedures• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of project-related reports• Ability to work independently or with a team in accordance with project scope• Actively support the Cypress' commitment to its core values including safety, leadership, equal employment opportunity, employee development, and operational excellence• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team• Earn and maintain skills, certifications, and complete additional training as required • Participate in training sessions and pass required exams as per ANSI/ASNT ILI-PQ- standards • Desire for process improvement and optimization• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes• Develop knowledge of DOT 49 CFR Part 192 and 195 regulations, API, NACE and ASME standards and recommended practices • Customer Centric: Delivers exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers• Problem Solving: Methodically, breaks down issues, seeking solutions and further data if necessary• Precision Mindset: Performs quality checks and maintains documentation to effectively fulfill project requirements• USA CitizenSummaryThe ideal candidate will be eager to learn new technical processes and apply their experience to drive team performance and enhance quality control procedures.If you are passionate about operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.• Competitive wages• Attractive Employer paid Benefits: 100% medical insurance for employee, short term and long term disability insurance, PTO, and life insurance. • 401(k) plan and matching, • Optional Insurance available including: AD&D insurance, Dental insurance, Flexible spending account, Health insurance for dependents, Health Savings Account, Vision insurance, etc. • Schedule: Varies based upon job.
