iSenpai is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) that provides a wide range of engineering services including Software Development, Network Architecture, Technology Integration and Cyber Operations including Information Security Engineering and Information Assurance services to government and commercial organizations. As an IT Security Consulting firm specializing in government-focused security solutions, our company provides subject matter expertise for any technical solution for our customers. Our goal is to provide expert IT services to our clients while integrating security and automation to maximize efficiencies for our customer base. This program enables our Skillbridge candidates to get fully embedded with our development teams to participate in multiple sprints to get experience from industry how Agile delivery teams work. iSenpai also included, hours for technical training in its provided Linux Academy account to go through a DevOps automation curriculum. The iSenpai cybersecurity team within the company goes through this training when starting to develop a foundational understanding ofautomation which its security team embeds with its customers to align with DevSecOps Agile delivery timelines.
