Job description:
Over the course of the summer, you will work directly with case teams and clients to solve business problems and drive change, being immersed in the responsibilities of a full-time Bain consultant, including...• Working closely with full-time consultants [who will provide coaching and mentoring]• Working with clients from Fortune 500 companies, midsize firms, non-profits and start-ups across many fast-changing industries such as consumer goods and retail, technology and telecommunication, financial services, industrial products, private equity and many others• Presenting the results of your work to Partners and clients• Applying knowledge and skills from your first year of business school, you will gain access to an unparalleled range and depth of opportunities
This program is only being offered in our Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, New York, Seattle, and Washington, DC offices

The following are typical requirements for the Bain SkillBridge Program. • Active-duty service member eligible for DoD SkillBridge, within 6 months of separation from the military• Demonstrated analytical abilities with a strong comfort level working with data and quantitative information• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment• A desire to learn about management consulting and gain practical experience in a dynamic business setting• Experience leading projects, working within teams, and delivering high-impact results• Fluency in English• Proof of graduation from a 4-year undergrad program or other advanced degree programs
