Job description:
Manufacturing Team Leader The Manufacturing Team Leader provides servant-based leadership to achieve breakthrough production results on a specific production Crew at General Mill's Manufacturing Plant in Belvidere, IL. The Manufacturing Team Leader is responsible for leading and enabling a crew of 12-20 production operators to achieve outstanding manufacturing results. Team Leaders have ownership of Safety, Quality, and System Performance on their Crew. Team Leaders accomplish these goals through rigorous Problem Solving, leveraging Continuous Improvement (Lean/TPM) tools, developing individual skillsets, and fostering a cohesive team environment.
