FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Physical Therapy Technicians

Program training objectives aim to equip transitioning military personnel desiring to apply to physical therapy school with supervised clinical experiences to gain valuable hands-on experience working with patients, observing and assisting in treatments, and interacting with licensed physical therapists. This exposure to real-world physical therapy practice helps them develop a deeper understanding of the profession and its demands. Furthermore, gaining the expected clinical experience and exposure to physical therapy practice can enhance an individual's application to physical therapy school. The Physical Therapy Technician will be responsible for assisting physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises, treatments, and procedures to improve the physical functioning of patients.. The PT Technician will also provide patient education, document patient information, and support the physical therapist in providing patient care.
