The TQI Solutions Human Resources & Recruiting SkillBridge Program provides transitioning Service members with hands-on experience in both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources within a government contracting environment. Participants receive structured training and mentorship while supporting recruiting activities, onboarding, HR administration, employee documentation, and workforce planning. Through a combination of classroom instruction, job shadowing, and supervised on-the-job training, participants develop the professional knowledge and practical skills needed to successfully transition into civilian careers in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and government contracting.
Job description:
The Human Resources & Recruiting SkillBridge Intern supports both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions by assisting with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administrative processes. The participant works closely with experienced HR and Recruiting professionals to support workforce initiatives, maintain accurate candidate and employee records, and assist with recruiting efforts for current contracts and future business opportunities. Throughout the program, the trainee gains practical experience with full-cycle recruiting, HR operations, professional communication, and government contracting workforce support.
No additional costs to the Service Member.
