Job description:
Real estate agents represent both buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process. Will present offers to sellers for consideration and accompany buyers during property viewings. Prepare essential documents, including contracts, purchase agreements, and buyer broker agreements. Agents coordinate with escrow companies, lenders, and inspectors to ensure that the terms and conditions of purchase agreements and contracts are met. Additionally, real estate agents manage the closing process and oversee the signing of all necessary documents
Upon starting the skill bridge program, the service member is expected to be an unlicensed intern focused on shadowing agents and completing all state required requirements to include classes and exams.
