Rent A Monkey Tree Service - Arborist

During this SkillBridge program, you'll receive hands-on training from ISA-certified arborists, working closely with the Training Director to prepare for arborist certification. You'll also gain cross-training in sales, collaborating with the sales manager to learn how to work with new clients and manage existing ones.

As an Arborist Trainee, you will receive hands-on training in arboriculture under the guidance of ISA-certified arborists. You will work closely with the Training Director to develop the skills needed to become a certified arborist. This includes learning tree care techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage. In addition, you will be cross-trained in sales, collaborating with the Sales Manager to assist with client interactions, new client acquisition, and managing ongoing client relationships. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in both arboriculture and client management.
