Job description:
A Construction Administrator is responsible for maintaining customer relations and performing a variety of operations related tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, handling services, speaking with subcontractors, and callback reports.• Collaborate with directors and supervisors to continuously improve office performance.• Coordinate and oversee the completion of special projects as needed.• Monitor office procedures and resolve issues.• Answering phones and following up with customers and installers• Ability to understand and interpret project contracts, assist in invoicing customers, preparing project bid bonds, certificates of insurance, change orders, and contract preparation.
