Tasks completed by job shadowing/performing:Manage all regulatory, quality, and environmental requirements.Work with planning team to optimize run strategies, providing feedback, and develop improvements ideas. Establish and execute waste reduction action plans, ensuring ingredient yield and package material standards are met or exceeded. Act as key interface with Division, R&D, outside of site, inside of site, OEM, vendor, and customer personnel. Learn how to deliver successful internal and external audits. Execution of both product zone and non-product zone food safety master sanitation schedule activities and regulatory activities. Ensure short-range plans, goals, and strategies can be achieved. Effectively lead, coach, and develop team members in interpersonal skills and performance. Develop short term plans, goals, and tactics necessary to deliver line performance at or better than goal and leverage formal problem solving, TPM, AM, PM, and LSS tools to attack and eliminate leading losses. Ensure financial commitments and targets are achieved or exceeded by winning the shift: work toward zero environment, health, and safety incidents; work toward zero quality incidents; right size staffing; and deliver line performance that at least covers variable manufacturing expenses.
