Job description:
Participants assigned to the CDL Instructional Support Assistant position will support commercial driver training operations and instructional activities. Responsibilities include assisting instructors with classroom preparation, coordinating training materials, supporting student workflow, monitoring training activities, and reinforcing safety and professionalism standards. Participants will gain workforce experience in instructional support, transportation training operations, teamwork, leadership, and professional development.
No direct cost to participating service members. Training is provided through the DoD SkillBridge program and includes structured workforce development, professional mentorship, and hands-on civilian career training opportunities.
