Maintains daily scheduling and workload reconciliation, verifies applicant data, resolves discrepancies, and gathers additional information relevant to enlistment eligibility.Performs biometric enrollment by fingerprinting applicants, ensuring print quality, transmitting records to OPM/FBI, and maintaining fingerprint equipment. Manages both electronic and paper applicant records by assembling packets, verifying required documents, conducting quality control reviews, and ensuring secure transfer of records across MEPS sections, military Services, and external agencies.Enters and updates applicant data in automated systems, transcribes information from source documents, and ensures accuracy of all entries. Operates standard office equipment and provides customer service support by responding to inquiries from applicants, recruiters, liaisons, and MEPS/USMEPCOM personnel.
