This Pastoral Residency provides practical experience in a mid-sized church (500 members) and multidisciplinary ministry context, allowing interns to apply theoretical knowledge in a professional environment. Residents will engage in hands-on projects, receive mentorship, and develop key professional skills. In particular, residents will teach a lesson to children, youth, and adults. They will oversee Sunday teams (ushers, greeters, assimilation process), participate in church-wide events, and plan for church-wide events. Residents will have access to all pastoral staff and have designated time in each type of ministry. Residents will have the opportunity to lead a ministry event with coaching from the pastoral staff.
