As a SkillBridge and Career Skills eligible course, transitioning veterans can receive their military pay during the course.Instructor led lectures, practice and review sessions. 1 on 1 support with a Teaching Assistant and small group of learners.High quality career modules to help with job readiness: time management, writing a resume, mock interviews, and overcoming imposter syndrome.Proven pathways for graduates to land full-time tech jobs. More than four out of five LaunchCode apprentices are offered a permanent job.Open to anyone and everyone in the military regardless of tech experience.

There are many different tech jobs that we place candidates in. Some of them require more advanced skills than others. We place candidates in many different tech jobs, not limited to but including: Software Developer, Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, Mobile Developer, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Developer, IT Project Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, Full-Stack Web Developer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Software Test Analyst, System Engineer, DevOps Architect and Software Test Manager.

A laptop computer less than four years old (no Chromebooks or tablets) with administrator privileges and have a minimum of 4GB RAM.Student laptops must have an i5 or i7 Intel or M1 or newer Apple processor; and run Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.13.2 or newer.Reliable access to the internet (the public library provides free access to members).To attend virtual class full-time Mon-Fri, typically 9am-5pm CST.Dedicate 5-10 hours outside of class time each week to work on class material.
