Texas Direct Roofing and Construction is seeking motivated individuals to join our Fort Worth-based team as Storm Restoration Representatives. In this full-time role, you’ll help homeowners restore their properties after storm damage while enjoying a flexible schedule, employee discounts, and commission-based pay averaging $75,000–$100,000 per year. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training in project management, basic construction, insurance, and storm restoration.

We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of company that works hard and plays hard.No experience is necessary…We provide the best storm restoration training program nationwide, developing you into a fully capable, proficient sales rep in 2 weeks.
