1. The pilot Internship program will allow the transitioning military member with the opportunity to fully immerse themselves alongside our staff in general aviation flight training. Experiences will include: flight scheduling and dispatching, aviation business management, team building, and syllabus management. Interns that are also qualified flight instructors will have the opportunity to fly as a flight instructor in our training courses. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to complete optional on-site certification programs leading directly to FAA Commercial and Airline Transport Pilot Certifications; thereby making the member a competitive candidate for employment at major commercial air carries. 2. Our Aviation Maintenance Internship is designed to afford transitioning aviation maintenance personnel with hands on experience in aviation maintenance. Members will work along side our resident A&P/IAMechanic; thereby gaining valuable knowledge and experience that can be used towards an Airframe & Powerplant FAA certification. All aviation maintenance internships will include a comprehensive military records review so maximum credit may be given towards FAA A&P Certification.
