W4 Construction Group is a prime contractor that manages construction projects on federal sites throughout the nation. Depending on the skillset that the candidate possesses, we support training for both Project Engineers and Project Managers. Training will include the processes required to complete the lifecycle of a construction project in the federal market. For the project engineer, this includes training on Statement of Work breakdown, RFIs, Estimation, Project schedules, and Proposal preparation & submission. For the Project Manager, training will also include Budgeting, Contracts, Change orders and billing practices.
