Job description:
Candidate Sourcing – Identify and attract qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. This involves crafting compelling job descriptions and promoting open positions to reach a diverse pool of candidates.Interviewing – Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers to evaluate qualifications and fit for the organization. This includes preparing interview questions, facilitating panel interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.Relationship Building- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, such as staffing agencies and educational institutions. This involves regular communication and follow-ups to enhance candidate experience and engagement throughout the recruitment process.Job Market Research- Analyze industry trends and job market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and adjust sourcing methods accordingly. This includes staying updated on competitor offerings, salary benchmarks, and emerging skills in the healthcare field.Onboarding Support- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This includes preparing onboarding materials, coordinating training schedules, and providing support to new employees as they acclimate to their roles.Reporting and Metrics Tracking-Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, and prepare regular reports for management. This data is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identifying areas for improvement.Training and Development- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices, compliance requirements, and innovative recruiting techniques in healthcare. This ensures continuous professional growth and enhances recruitment effectiveness.
