Our SkillBridge interns go through a robust training program that mirrors the regular full-time role training. This includes a product certification and enterprise-level client call shadowing/training for the first 6-8 weeks, and then client onboarding an ownership at the 8-12 week mark. At that point, they have the opportunity to act as full technical account managers for the remainder of their internship and will execute on their learned client management, strategy, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Job description:
For now, our SkillBridge Program is designed to lead specifically to the Technical Account Manager (TAM) role. This role serves as a launchpad into many areas of Qualtrics, and our TAMs have gone on to join Sales, Engineering, Product Manager, People Leadership roles, and more after successfully being a TAM for 2-3 years.
