You will act as a key liaison between maintenance providers and internal departments, ensuring the "always-on" reliability of regional transportation technology.
Job description:
Under direction of the ITS Director, the position provides support / maintenance activities for the E-ZPass Toll Collection. Other responsibilities include the traffic count stations, variable message signs, traffic signals, and other ITS applications, as directed. This includes communication between maintenance service providers, MTA information services department, other internal MTA departments, and external parties. This position will complete maintenance tasks not covered by the system service agreements.
