Job description:
As a butcher technician you will learn the art and science of meat preparation and customer service within a retail and wholesale environment. This opportunity provides hands-on learning opportunities to develop essential skills in meat cutting, food safety, and customer interaction. The skills gained provide a unique opportunity to enter a meat processing career path with room for growth and specialization in various meat preparation techniques.
