Job description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and target potential clients within the Information Technology and Accounting & Finance industries, understanding their talent acquisition needs and business objectives.- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities, strategically positioning Tamarack Recruiting's services to differentiate from competitors.- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals, to generate new business leads.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving staffing requirements.- Consult and collaborate with clients to assess their hiring needs, provide market insights, and recommend tailored staffing solutions.- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Tamarack Recruiting.- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement, facilitating effective communication and understanding of client requirements.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively position Tamarack Recruiting's services as industry-leading solutions.- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records and activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of client relationships.- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Tamarack Recruiting.QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruiting or staffing industry.- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology and Accounting & Finance sectors, including key trends, roles, and industry challenges.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling presentations.- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to track progress, manage leads, and generate reports.- A commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
