Based at our Springdale, AR facility, participants will work alongside skilled technicians to learn equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, safety practices, and foundational mechanical and electrical skills. Upon successful completion, graduating fellows will be eligible for full‑time employment opportunities at multiple company locations nationwide.
